Plant Maintenance Assistant Bot helps Plant service agents to allocate new service notifications, check the status of the service notifications based on the priority and status.
Bot also supports agents with SAP machine learning capabilities, where an agent is not sure about the part number, he/she can upload the image of the part at the site and check the status of the stock and raise PO in case of stock is not available.

There are various use cases we can build using the same technology stack for various SAP Business Processes.
